Beside Currumbin Rock which is a popular scenic spot and surfing hotspot is the Currumbin Creek which leads inland through Currumbin Waters originating from the magnificently scenic Currumbin Valley at the foot of the Hinterland region.

At Currumbin near to the beachfront you'll also find Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Superbee Honeyworld. There is plenty of fishing done in Currumbin Creek and if you follow Currumbin Creek Rd a little way inland you'll come across the rock pools which are popular spot on a summers day.
