National Clubs Gymnastics Carnival

The National Clubs Gymnastics Carnival is a large annual gymnastics competition hosted on the Gold Coast. It features both artistic and rhythmic gymnastics competitions across various age divisions for clubs from all over Australia. The event attracts over 5000 people including over 1500 junior gymnasts as well as their families and supporters each year. Competitions take place over 19 days at the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre from the 19th of September to the 7th of October, utilizing its large arena spaces. In addition to competitive routines on events like vault, bars, beam and floor, there are also entertainment performances. Popular activities surrounding the competition include merchandise shopping, food trucks, and educational clinics run by elite coaches.

The Carnival has been held on the Gold Coast for over 15 years, cementing its role in identifying young gymnastic talent.
