Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast features various movie-themed thrill rides and attractions ranging from motion simulators to roller coasters and slow river rides. In addition, famous characters also patrol the park, allowing visitors the chance to take selfies, these include Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, Austin Powers, Marilyn Monroe, Scooby-Doo and Shaggy, and various Looney Tunes characters. Minor street shows including skits and singing performances are also present.

Food and drink are not permitted to be taken into the park but you can take fruit and water. You are excluded if you have allergies, baby food is also OK. There are various snack stalls and the main onsite eateries are

Getting to Movie World
Via G:Link Tram: From Surfers Paradise – Take the tram from Cavill Avenue Station to Helensvale Station then take the TX7 bus directly to Movie World. Journey time: around 72mins – cost: with Go Card $3.96 Check full rates and schedules via the journey planner at translink.com.au
By Car: Take the Pacific Highway towards Coomera and take the exit to Entertainment Road, follow that until you reach Helensvale Road, turning left, and follow that for a short distance, Parking is plentiful and free.
