Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast is a water park situated in Oxenford, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, owned and operated by Village Roadshow Theme Parks. it is located adjacent to Warner Bros. Movie World. The park remains open all year with all of the pools and slides heated to 25 deg. during the winter months.

You can buy as you choose, or purchase a “Hunger Buster Pack” online which offers one snack and one meal at selected outlets for $19.99. However, unlike other theme parks, you are allowed to bring a picnic lunch into Wet’n’Wild (no glass) and there are coin operated BBQ’s on site.

Getting to Wet’n’Wild Water World
Via G:Link Tram/TX7 Bus: From Surfers Paradise – Take the tram from Cavill Avenue Station to Helensvale Station then take the TX7 bus directly to Movie World. Journey time: around 49mins – cost: with Go Card $3.96 Check full rates and schedules via the journey planner at translink.com.au
By Car: Take the Pacific Highway towards Coomera and take the exit to Entertainment Road, follow that until you reach the Wet’n’Wild entry roundabout. Parking is plentiful and free.
By Shuttle: There are numerous shuttle services that run regular direct services between stops in the central areas out to the theme parks including Wet’n’Wild.

Long lines – no shade
The lines for rides take ages and there is no shade on most so, take a hat, take sunscreen etc. A one day ticket is $79 and if you want to fast track it’s another $70 thus they don’t add any shade but they certainly are shady.
