Bazaar

Bazaar is located inside the QT Hotel at Surfers Paradise and offers what I label an artisanal buffet. Offerings are presented in a marketplace-style while many dishes are made to order. Choose from fresh salads, slow-roasted meats, seafood, Asian wok and dumpling station, and a mass spread of desserts.

Breakfast 6:30am – 10:30am
Dinner 5:30pm – until late
Sunday Brunch 11:30am – 3:00pm
